        • The £52 million Chelsea star is now available to join Barcelona.
  • Chelsea “close” to agree to a Mike Pender loan agreement with Strasbourg

Chelsea is trying to finalize an exit for “good” players from Stamford Bridge, according to one media source, and could be a move that is seriously suited to all involved.

Enzo Maresca has a seriously bloated team that needs to consider recent fines from UEFA to break Trimming, particularly the FFP rules.

The £52 million Chelsea star is now available to join Barcelona.

La Liga Champions turned their eyes to Stamford Bridge.

Things like Raheem Sterling, Ben Chilwell and Carney Chukwuemeka take home six-figure pay packets each week, but are not currently close to their first team. Borussia Dortmund director Sebastian Kehl recently confirmed the club’s intention to re-sign the latter.

“We will definitely discuss his situation more in the coming days,” Kiel said.

“He’s a really good player, so I’ll try to protect him.

“It’s always easier to lend players than to buy players, especially within the (price) range of Kearney, but let’s take a look. We haven’t made much progress at this point, but we can tell you that we’re pretty close to players.

“Everything else will be decided between Chelsea and us. It’s not tomorrow. It’s not Tuesday. I think it’ll take a little more days.”

Sterling’s £325,000 a week wage is a testament to a serious outflow, especially for Chelsea.

However, journalist Simon Phillips reports that Sterling’s desire to stay in London makes it difficult to sell him.

Alonngside The Afar Names, Leley Ugochukwu, João Félix, Renato Veiga, Christopher Nkunku, David Datro, Armando Broja, Axel Disasi, Noni Maduke, Nicolas Jackson and Djordje Petrovic are other players who can leave Chelsea this year.

Of course, there are promising young players who need to leave the club in a temporary deal to watch potential first team slots in future seasons and earn more game time.

According to Sky Sports Swiss reporter Sacha Taborieli, one of them is goalkeeper Mike Pender.

Tavolieri, taking advantage of X at this lunchtime, reports that Pender’s loan from Chelsea to sister club Strasbourg is now “close” to completion.

The 19-year-old, who was signed by Chelsea from KRC Genk last summer, stayed in the Jupiler Pro League for another season before officially linking with Maresca this summer.

Pender secured a bench spot for Chelsea’s matches against Esperance, Benfica, Palmeiras and Fulminence, and was also named as Maresca’s Club World Cup team, but the towering 6-foot-7 shot stopper appears nearby sealing off a temporary exit to further his development.

According to some reports, Blueco, along with goalkeeping coach at Malmo’s Head Academy, whose main strengths are shared by Matt Pyzdrowski, the goalkeeping coach at Malmo’s Head Academy, claims that they have high hopes for Pender, which they personally liken to former Chelsea star Thibaut Courtois.

“Training his area is what he’s the best,” Pizlowski told Athletic.

“He has taken an offensive position, he comes in very comfortable and is very comfortable bringing a high ball into the penalty area, even the edge of the box. His timing is very good and he loves catching the ball rather than punching.

“That’s why I call him an Adason and Courtois mix because Ederson has the aggression to command his box, but Courtois has the hand that catches and holds the ball.”
