Manchester United have always pursued the moves of Brentford star Brian Mbeumo throughout the summer window, but their persistence seems to have finally paid off.
The Red Devils have managed to agree to a deal with the 25-year-old forward bee in a move that could reach up to £710 million if they reach all add-ons in the future.
It can’t be denied that it’s a big price for a player who only had one top-level season in the Premier League, but it highlights the ambitions that this window shows.
