Crystal Palace is considering the move as part of Harvey Elliott’s push for the late window to strengthen his team, and the club is preparing for a life without star midfielder Ebe Kieze.

The Palace is determined to act quickly, and Elliot has emerged as a real target on the last day of the transfer market.

According to Football Insider, the Eagles plan to reinvest potential funds in multiple signatures rather than similar alternatives from Eze’s departure.

Frustrated by the lack of consistent opportunities in Liverpool, Elliott is on the list of options considered.

At the age of 22, he still represents a player with huge advantages and Premier League experience, making him an attractive option on Oliver Glasner’s side.

There was already a lot of speculation about Elliott’s future this summer. German costume RB Leipzig was exploring the deal, but progress stagnated with interest in response to Chelsea completing the Xavi Simons move.

That deal was delayed by Chelsea’s difficulties off-roading fringe players, leaving Leipzig unable to speed up consultations for Liverpool midfielders.

For Elliott, a slow journey to Selhurst Park is possible.

Former Manchester United and Blackburn Scout Mick Brown also expressed surprise at Elliott’s situation.

Speaking to a soccer insider, Brown said:He is surprised he has not yet found a destination, because Elliott has no shortage of interest. I was hoping he would move somewhere like the palace, Fulham, Nottingham forest.

In the case of the palace, the urgency is clear. Glasner is unhappy with the slow pace of recruitment, with Ajax’s Borna Sosa and PSV’s Walter Benítez being the only important arrivals ever.

Adding Elliott also signals the intention to inject creativity and energy into the midfield, while also keeping the palace competitive, even if you lose one of Eze’s brightest stars.

The move not only restructured his mid-range options, but also handed the Liverpool outlook a fresh start he had been waiting for.
