At this stage of the NFL season, only four clubs remain listed on the title odds board. Below are the DraftKings Sportsbook lines as of Jan. 24 for the teams vying to win their conferences and advance to the Super Bowl, plus key context for each matchup.

AFC Conference Championship
2nd-seed New England Patriots at 1st-seed Denver Broncos
– Spread: Patriots -3.5
– Moneyline: Patriots -205, Broncos +170
– Total: 42.5

What to know: Denver would normally enjoy home-field advantage, but quarterback Bo Nix suffered a season-ending ankle injury late in the Broncos’ divisional win over Buffalo, so Jarrett Stidham will be the starter in Denver. Stidham did not throw a pass this season and saw only one offensive snap in Week 8; across six NFL seasons he has four career starts and hasn’t made a start in two years. New England reached the AFC title game after a convincing win over Houston, a game in which the Texans committed multiple turnovers, including four interceptions by CJ Stroud. The Patriots are trying to return to the Super Bowl for the first time since their dominant run from 2001–2018, while the Broncos are seeking another trip after their appearances following the 2013 and 2015 seasons.

NFC Conference Championship
No. 5 Los Angeles Rams at No. 1 Seattle Seahawks
– Spread: Seahawks -2.5
– Moneyline: Seahawks -142, Rams +120
– Total: 45.5

What to know: Whichever team wins this game will keep the NFC title in the NFC West. This is the third meeting between Seattle and Los Angeles this season (they also meet in San Francisco as part of the rotation). The Rams won 21–19 in L.A. in Week 11, forcing four interceptions, while in Week 16 the Rams led 30–14 in the fourth quarter before Seattle rallied to force overtime and ultimately win 38–37. In the playoffs, L.A. has already won two road games — beating Carolina 34–31 in the wild-card round and edging Chicago 20–17 in overtime in the divisional round — while Seattle had a first-round bye and then dominated San Francisco 41–6. The Rams are aiming for their third Super Bowl appearance since 2018; the Seahawks are chasing their first appearance since back-to-back trips in 2013 and 2014.

Fan Take: These matchups matter because they showcase how quickly fortunes can flip in the NFL — injuries and timely turnovers are shaping who’s left standing. For fans, the games are a reminder that playoff depth and quarterback availability can alter legacies and potentially change the league’s balance of power.
