Arsenal could make two attacking signings this summer, according to pundit and former player Clinton Morrison.

The Gunners have been advised they need to continue to evolve after winning the Premier League title in 2025-26, and Morrison suggested the front three is where changes can be made.

Although Morrison did not name a specific target, he told TEAMtalk that Arsenal could sign a striker who could compete with Viktor Gokeres, Kai Havertz and another left-sided player.

This comes as questions remain over the futures of Gabriel Jesus, Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard.

“We need another striker to put pressure on Gokeres and to fight against (Kai) Havertz,” Morrison said.

“They need an outstanding quality striker and they also need another left winger because they could lose some players like Gabriel Jesus who wants to play regular football.”

He added: “They need to keep evolving and improving. I think Arsenal will strengthen again in the summer. I think they’ll be a team that everyone will be watching if they can dominate for a few years. It’s up to the other teams to put pressure on Arsenal.”

“I know Arteta might not always want to do that, but I feel they have to go to the next level and keep evolving and progressing.”

Who can Arsenal join in the attack?

We’ve already seen a number of transfer rumors circulating recently regarding attacking players on Arsenal’s summer list.

According to our information, Julian Alvarez and Eli Junior Crupi are high on Arsenal’s list of target strikers, while Bradley Barcola could also be a wide option, according to Fabrizio Romano in the post below.

According to BBC Sport, Aston Villa’s Morgan Rodgers has also been named as one of Arsenal’s attacking targets, so there are plenty of options.

It’s still early days, but AFC fans will be delighted if a combination of Alvarez, Crupi, Barcola and Rodgers move to the Emirates Stadium this summer.
