2026 Memorial Tournament Prizes: Prize money, payouts from a $20 million pool.

The 2026 Memorial Tournament brings the PGA Tour’s top stars back to Muirfield Village Golf Club in Dublin, Ohio for the annual Jack Nicklaus event. The Memorial has long been one of the premier events on the PGA Tour calendar, boasting an impressive list of winners since its inaugural run in 1976, led by five-time champion Tiger Woods. Woods is the last (and only) player to three-peat at Muirfield Village, but if Scottie Scheffler can bounce back and win again in Jack’s place, he could join the ranks this year.

Scheffler won $4 million in first place prize money in 2024 and 2025 and hopes to increase his lifetime earnings at Memorial to more than eight figures this year. The Memorial will be reduced to one of the marquee events on the PGA Tour calendar, as the 72-field field will be whittled down to the top 50 and tied after Friday’s second round. This cut is the reason why the winner’s share of the $20 million prize pool jumps compared to the uncut signature event, which pays out $3.6 million to the champion.

Scheffler is just one of several notable names in the field, including Rory McIlroy, Cameron Young, Xander Schauffele, Ludwig Oberg, Tommy Fleetwood, Matt Fitzpatrick, Russell Henry and more. Many top players will use this as a final tune-up for the U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills in two weeks.

Below is a complete breakdown of prizes and payouts for each spot on the final leaderboard.
