1) Texans RB David Montgomery (-105)
Montgomery was electric in his Houston debut, scoring three times vs. Buffalo, but was bottled up last week (18 yards on 14 carries vs. Cincinnati). This week’s opponent, the Colts, has been historically porous, surrendering 500+ yards in each of their first two games, so Houston will feel pressure to avoid 0-3. I expect Montgomery to find the end zone in this matchup.
2) Seahawks RB Jadarian Price (+150)
Seattle appears likely to lean on the run against a Commanders team missing its starter, and the Seahawks defense has allowed only 17 points through two games. Price has 26 touches for 118 yards so far but is still looking for his first NFL touchdown; he practiced fully after a chest concern and should see enough opportunities to cash at plus money (note Emanuel Wilson spelled relief carries late last week).
3) Bengals WR Tee Higgins (+175)
Higgins has produced strong yardage early in the season (including a team-leading 95 yards last week) and draws a Steelers defense that he’s historically owned — he’s caught six career TDs vs. Pittsburgh and has scored in each of his last two games against them. With defenses keyed on Ja’Marr Chase, Higgins should get chances in the red zone.
4) Browns TE Harold Fannin Jr. (+235)
After a modest first game, Fannin’s target share and production rose in Week 2 (five catches for 54 yards). The Browns host a Panthers unit that has shown vulnerability (notably a 552-yard allowance in Week 1) and will be missing linebacker Devin Lloyd, making Fannin an intriguing tight-end target near the goal line. Small bettor’s note: an anytime TD on Fannin plus a Browns moneyline would land around +490.
5) Broncos WR Jaylen Waddle (+210)
Waddle exploded for 138 yards on eight catches in Week 2 but didn’t score; Denver looks likely to feed him again Sunday night. The Rams allowed multiple passing TDs in Week 1, so Waddle should see enough targets and red-zone looks to make a payday.
