2027 MotoGP Race Weekend Schedule
FRIDAY:
- FP1: 45 minutes (unchanged from 2026)
- FP2: 30 minutes (down from 60 minutes)
- Sprint Qualifying: 15 minutes (new session)
SATURDAY:
- FP3: 20 minutes (reduced from 30 minutes)
- Grand Prix Q1: 15 minutes for all riders (previously, this was only for riders outside the top ten from Friday)
- Grand Prix Q2: 15 minutes for the top 12 from Q1 (formerly, this included the ten fastest from Friday plus the top two from Q1)
- MotoGP Sprint Race: Grid determined by Sprint Qualifying (previously, the grid was the same as for the main Grand Prix)
SUNDAY:
- The 10-minute MotoGP warm-up has been removed
- MotoGP Grand Prix: Grid set by Grand Prix qualifying
