Leeds United attacker Mateo Joseph has linked his move away from the club during the summer transfer.

The 21-year-old struggles with regular game time in Leeds and he needs to move on in search of regular opportunities. The player has been impressed with the Spanish national team for less than 21 euros, and his performance has attracted the attention of La Liga costume Real Betis.

Negotiations are stagnant

However, they were unable to secure an agreement with the English club. The two clubs have been involved in negotiations for several weeks, but talks have stagnated, according to a Diario de Sevila report via Leeds United News. Transfer fees have not yet been agreed between the two parties, and it appears that there is a target between the two clubs.

It will be interesting to see if Joseph will be staying at Leeds United beyond this summer. He is definitely a talented young player with a bright future. Daniel Fark needs to give him more opportunity if he stays at the club.

Leeds can use deeper depths with attacking units, allowing young people to develop into important players for them with appropriate guidance. It will be interesting to see if Real Betis has decided to bring back the movement in the coming weeks. For now, it appears that the Spanish attackers are staying in Leeds for the next season.

Young attackers will likely want to secure travel from Leeds. The opportunity to move to Spain is extremely exciting for him. Real Betis is a big club and was able to reach the final of the UEFA Europa Conference League last season.
