West Ham is planning to raise funds through the sale of Mohammed Kudus, and another big-budget departure could be Lucaspaqueta’s starting point. Although Brazil International was expected to leave this summer, for now he remains at London Stadium.

Paketa, who joined West Ham three years ago, is strongly linked to leaving during this summer’s transfer. Although his return to Brazil is speculated, he is still attracting interest from Saudi Arabia.

Pending decision to find out more than FA case results

According to soccer insiders, West Ham is ready to let Paketa leave, but it’s unlikely that any move will be made until the results of the FA investigation are revealed.

“West Ham is ready to let Paketa go this summer. It is said that there are several clubs in Saudi Arabia that are watching him. They are ready to pay huge amounts of money to take him.

“The FA has dragged through the situation for a long time. It has not helped West Ham, and it certainly isn’t helping the players. If the charges against him are accurate, he will break the rules, be punished, he will be banned, and it may be banned for life.

“Why would a Saudi club come and put money on West Ham and take over the matter? If he’s banned, it’s not just in the UK. At this point, it’s all pending, but if he’s revealed, things start to move.”

It remains to be seen how the situation for Paketa will unfold, but for now he remains a West Ham player.
