Liverpool is reportedly interested in signing Real Madrid attacker Rodrigo goes during the summer transfer period.

They will also face competition from title rivals, Arsenal and Manchester City. According to Fichajes, the player is about to leave Real Madrid this summer after losing his prominence at the club. The 24-year-old wants regular game time, and Real Madrid can’t offer him the opportunity.

Liverpool needs to go to Rodrigo

It will be interesting to see if Liverpool can close the transaction. They can use quality attackers like him. Darwin Nunes has linked his move to Naples and needs to replace South America. He scored seven goals last season, and Rodrigo should prove to be his upgrade.

He is a technically talented attacker and can be slotted into multiple offensive roles. He has a high reputation in Europe and has a technical attribute that will do well in British football. He was able to develop into a key player for Liverpool with proper guidance.

Meanwhile, Arsenal is also enthusiastic about players. They will need to find an upgrade for Gabriel Jesus, and his compatriots could be an ideal addition. Similarly, Manchester City needs even more depth in their attacking units. It will be interesting to see which of the three clubs has made the deal.

The Brazilian striker is labelled “largely underrated” by his Real Madrid teammate Jude Bellingham. He is certainly an incredible talent. Liverpool regular football can bring out the best of him. He was able to develop into a world-class player for Premier League champions. However, there is a low chance that the transfer will be cheaper. It is still unknown whether Liverpool can afford him.
