You’ve probably seen Arsenal locked up in Noni Maduce and their fans aren’t happy about it.

The gunners are approaching an agreement with Chelsea over the English International, according to Athletic and others, and have raised several eyebrows about the deal.

Not only is Maduke not a player in a position where Arsenal is needed, but he also considers it to be quite expensive for a player who hasn’t always been that good for Chelsea.

This sparked the “no to Madueke” petition launched by Arsenal fans, reaching 2,000 signatures yesterday, exceeding 4,000 at the time of writing.

Meanwhile, you can find a summary of the strong response Telegraph’s Sam Dean saw on Maduke News, so please see below.

Is this all overreaction? After all, Madueke is only 23 years old and appears to have him to become a decent team player for Arsenal. Last season proved a tough lesson that the club lacked the depth of offensive, especially after being overreliant on Bukayosaka.

“It’s easy to understand why Arsenal fans aren’t too keen to sign Noni Madueke. His talent can be very frustrating and many of Chelsea supporters don’t bother to see him go,” Fawkes says. Catch off side.

“But the gunner should give him a chance. He is increasingly productive in front of the goal, and on a well-structured aspect like Arsenal, it’s easy to see him improve even further and resolve any remaining weaknesses in the game.

“As many Chelsea fans are as frustrated by the sale as Arsenal fans who are opposed to the move, and many blues feel they’ve been struggling for two and a half years developing their English winger.

Is Maduce a good signing for Arsenal?

When I voted for followers on this, here is what we found…

At the time of writing, over 1,000 fans have voted, with 46% saying Madueke could be a good signing for Arsenal, but 40. %% voted no, with the remaining 13.5% still undecided.

Perhaps this suggests setting a voice to set up a petition setting, even if they attract a lot of attention.

Still, it is likely that Maduke and Arsenal are aware of the noise this deal has produced, and it may be a challenge for Mikel Arteta to help his new signature settle down.

We need to see what Madueke can do on the pitch for his new club, but there’s already enough feelings in the air to suggest that he won’t be too long for the Emirates crowd.
