Trick shots at the Celebrity Golf Championship, studded with the Trevor Lawrence Nails star, originally appeared in athlon sports.
Trevor Lawrence may not have dominated the fairways at Lake Tahoe this week, but the former Clemson star has reminded everyone that he still has a small hooper.
Lawrence, who participated in the annual American Century Celebrity Golf Championship at Edgewood Tahoe, was found ejecting three-point shots on the golf course after throwing a basketball in the round on Friday.

It was a moment, but it fully captured the laid back starry atmosphere of one of the country’s most famous golf events.
The 2018 national and current Jacksonville Jaguars quarterbacks were grouped together with actor Miles Terror and comedian Colin Jost, a light-hearted trio that symbolizes the crossover nature of the ACC tournament.
Despite some hardships on the leaderboard, Lawrence sat in 86th out of 90 players at -18 in the revised Stableford scoring system, but his short basketball cameo may have been a highlight of his time.
That moment was one of Edgewood Tahoe’s most scenic holes, with towering Ponderosa pine and Crystal Clear Lake Tahoe in the background. Such a shot won’t surprise anyone who saw Lawrence leading Clemson to a national title, but it was still enough to buzz the fans.

This marks Lawrence’s summer appearance at the Celebrity event. Previous stars included Michael Jordan, Steph Curry, Tony Romo, Annika Sorenstam and Charles Barkley.
The tournament has been held at Edgewood Tahoe since 1990, and its beauty and difficult course extends to 6,709 yards at the ACC, with 11 holes featuring water and famous fast greenery.
No, Trevor Lawrence may not have left with the trophy this year. But even on the golf course, he reminded us everything, but he still can bump into deeper.
