Xavi Simons has linked travels away from Bundesliga Club RB Leipzig during the summer transfer period.
Fitchese reports that Chelsea is a 22-year-old candidate to sign Dutch International and will face competition between Saudi clubs Al Ali and Al Hilal.
Arsenal and Tottenham are also enthusiastic about Simons.
It has been revealed that they have offered the price to Simons
The report argues that the 22-year-old is very close to leaving the German club and that his move to the Premier League could have crossed the horizon. However, Chelsea will have to pay a premium to complete the transaction. The player is valued at £95 million.
Simons is an epic young talent with a bright future, but the asking price seems very expensive. Chelsea probably wants him to sign for a more reasonable amount.
It is still unclear whether they will follow up on their interests with the official suggestion that they sign players.
Chelsea needs Zabi Simons
You can use more creativity and goals in the last third. The 22-year-old can run not only on the side but also on the central side. He creates opportunities for teammates and helps him find the backstage of the net as well. Simons scored 11 goals last season and earned eight assists.
He has been called a “complete player” by Dani Ormo in the past. He has all the tools to develop into a top-class player with the right guidance. The move to the Premier League could unlock his true potential. A high level of regular football could accelerate his development.
Noni Maduke is on sale, and Raheem Sterling is also on the way out of the club. Mykhailo Mudryk faces a long ban on doping. Chelsea will need more quality in the final third if they want to fight for a major trophy next season. Dutch International could be the ideal long-term investment for them.
