Leeds United manager Daniel Fark confirmed that James Debayo has left the club and is trying to secure his move this summer.

England Youth International had little opportunity last season with Leeds United. It’s no surprise that they decided to say goodbye to him. The defender’s contract expired and Leeds chose not to offer him a renewal.

Initially, there was no official communication from the club regarding the defender’s future, and he had no pre-season preparations. However, Leeds United manager Daniel Fark revealed in an interview via the BBC that the club is doing well on behalf of Max Warver and James DeBayo and others.

Farke said: “We’re on a good path. It’s definitely a sure thing. It’s a really good signature. It’s a really good income. We’ve proven players with the best characters, at a really good age. With everyone who talks here, I think we’ll make 100% sure they fit into the group.

“For example, we replaced the two centre-backs, Max Warver and James Debayo with Jaka Bjor and Sebasciaan Bornow.

Reed has signed Jaka Bijol and Sebastiaan Bornauw in recent weeks. They aim to build a team that can do well in the Premier League, and it will be interesting to see if they can establish themselves as a patronage on top flights.

There is no doubt that they are one of the biggest clubs in English football. And they’ll want to survive in the Premier League next season. They wouldn’t want to go back to the championship. They need quality players to do well on top flights and have been very active in the transfer market so far.

Meanwhile, Debayo will try to sort out his long-term future and focus on his football as well. He should aim to join a club that gives him plenty of opportunity.
