Leeds United officially confirmed the signature of German central midfielder Anton Schuttuck from Bundesliga costume Hoffenheim in its latest arrival on Tuesday.
The 6-foot-4 enforcer will be the club’s sixth signature in the summer transfer window after Sean Longstaff, Gabriel Gudmandson, Jakabyll, Lukasun Mecha and Sebascia Ambornault.
Stach, 26, played 3.7 tackles and intercepts per 3.7 games on 30 outings at Bundesliga last season, while Ethan Ampadu, Ilia Gruev, Ao Tanaka and Longstaff also took part in the club’s bloated midfield setup.
This means that he may have been a huge success, but he has not arrived as an essential signature. That’s why the club’s interest in new goalkeepers could be even better signing.
Leeds of races to sign new goalkeepers
It’s no secret that Leeds needs to improve their stick-to-stick options after Iranian Meslier admitted his target of 2.73 based on XG and committed three errors that led directly to the target, then dropped towards the end of last season.
According to Het Laatste Nieuws, Leeds United is watching a dive that could potentially sign Royal Antwerp goalkeeper Senne Lammens this summer, as broadcast by TeamTalk.
The report claims that the Championship champion has signed the 23-year-old shotstopper and emerged as a serious contender to strengthen Daniel Fark’s team next season.
But Manchester United adds that they are also interested in the Belgian star. The Belgian star is valued by his club at a rate of up to £17 million.
Why Senne Lammens is a big Leeds signature
Lammens would be a better signature than Leeds’ Stach. Because he will arrive as a major upgrade in a position where the club is currently desperately lacking in quality.
The latest white signatures are part of a healthy group of quality midfield options. That means he’s not guaranteed to be a regular starter, but the Belgian goalkeeper will be straightened out as Fark’s best goalkeeper.
Runmen, who saved four of the eight penalties he faced in the professional league last season, could be a staggering signature for the club, unveiling Royal Antwerp’s outstanding performance in the 2024/25 campaign.

As you can see in the table above, the Belgian goalkeeper will enter as an incredible upgrade for Meslier if he can carry it to British football.
These statistics suggest that the numbers stopping shots have been praised by Statman Dave as “remarkable” and will be a huge positive among Leeds sticks.
Meanwhile, Messley defeated Leeds multiple times with his inconsistent shot stopping.
Thus, Runmen is a massive upgrade of what the whites are currently finishing goals and will arrive as a key signature for Fark ahead of an attempt to avoid an immediate relegation from the Premier League.
