Liverpool forward Louis Diaz’s agent reportedly has recently consulted with the Reds as he is looking for a way out of the club.
That is according to Catch off side German journalists are providing the latest information on Bayern Munich’s pursuit of Diaz via columnist Christian Falk via the CF Bayern Insider site.
Columbia International is a key player for Liverpool and certainly doesn’t want to lose, but Bayern seems to remain keen on the deal.
However, the report suggests that while it could be a problem as Liverpool wants a asking price of £70 million, Bayern does not want to pay more than £65 million.

Posting early on X today, Fabrizio Romano suggested that the sale of Diaz would help LFC provide a signature of the ambitious potential of Newcastle United striker Alexander Isaac.
“When Newcastle opens the door to the exit #LFC Sell Dias, they can bid after direct contact 10 days ago,” Romano said in his post.
It’s certainly hard to imagine an ISAK signature being affordable without player sales, but Arne Slot can also have too many offensive players.
Hugo Ekitike has just joined and needs to make more moves from Anfield. Darwinnes looks like another candidate that could be sold.
Is Liverpool at risk selling Louis Diaz to Bayern?
Diaz could become a key player for Bayern, and he could be that Liverpool regrets.
The 28-year-old has always been pretty consistent during his time at Merseyside, and he had one of his best seasons last year as he scored 13 league goals to help the Reds win the title.
If Ekitike is a hit and Isak is actually on board, Diaz probably won’t miss that badly, but that certainly isn’t easy, so the club will do well to fight hard to get the fees they want.
