Tottenham has been having a quiet summer so far, but their efforts for more signatures are expected to step up in the coming weeks. More additions are needed for the team that finished 17th in the Premier League last season, and could arrive soon.

One position to deal with is to attack the midfielder, as revealed during Morgan Gibbs White’s pursuit. Tottenham will need to look for alternatives after signing a new contract with Nottingham Forest.

Mick Brown (via Football Insider) revealed that Tottenham is one of the clubs eager to sign Grealish this summer.

“Jack Grelish needs to play regularly wherever he goes, he needs to go to the club.

“Tottenham could be that destination, especially since they want to bolster in that position after missing out on Gibbswhite’s contract. They’ve been interested in Grail for a while, so the deal might come in the end.

“Gibbs White staying in the woods will be a big blow, but they have other targets in mind. If it’s not meaty, there’s someone else, but he’ll certainly be the name on their list.

“I know he’s moving out of Man City. There’s no doubt about that, so the opportunity is there. It may depend on whether the money is right or not.”

Tottenham had an interest in Grelish for a while, but now it may be time for them to strengthen their pursuits. For now, it is still unknown whether or not.
