  • Tottenham is exploiting the movement of Bavarian Parha’s loans
  • The Spurs need more depth in the mid-center area

According to a report by journalist Florian Pletztenberg, Tottenham Hotspur has raised interest in Bayern Munich midfielder Joa Parchña, with specific discussions with both German clubs and player representatives.

The 30-year-old Portugal International has increasingly embraced the idea of leaving Bayern, and is unhappy with his limited playing time under manager Vincent Company.

Following an impressive stint at Fulham, Pargigna struggled to solidify his usual starting spot despite a high hopes for Bayern. Now, with the new Bundesliga season approaching, players are opening new starts elsewhere, and Tottenham is raided.

According to Plettenberg, Spurs is actively investigating the terms of the loan agreement, making their intentions clear to Bayern sports director Max Eberl.

The London Club sees Parshinya as a valuable short-term solution to strengthen midfield depth.

Bayern Munich is not desperate to offload Parchína, but they remain open to serious offers to meet their ratings.

During Pargigna’s experience in British football, particularly his time at Fulham, he became a fan favorite for his fighting style and tactical discipline, making him an attractive option for the Spurs.

His ability to lock in the midfield and provide defensive cover can balance Thomas Frank’s offensive system.

Tottenham is not just expressing interest as it is reportedly made by multiple European clubs. However, the Spurs are now understood to be in the most advanced position, and formal consultations are underway.
