Tottenham Hotspur and Leeds United are interested in signing Bilal El Cannas of Leicester City.

Players will be allowed to leave clubs that have recently been demoted for a fee of 26 million euros per GMS. It will be interesting to see if the two Premier League clubs are ready to pay for him. They have the resources to get the deal done, and the 21-year-old could prove to be a bargain acquisition at that price.

Spurs need a Madison replacement

Tottenham needs more creativity in the middle of the park, especially after being injured by James Madison. England International will be on the sidelines for several months. The 21-year-old Leicester City midfielder proves to be an ideal acquisition. He helps create opportunities for teammates and adds much needed ingenuity to the final third.

The opportunity to play for a Champions League-level club is also extremely exciting for players. Tottenham becomes an attractive destination for him. The reported asking price is affordable for the North London Club, and it is still unclear whether or not they will follow up on their interest with official proposals.

Meanwhile, Leeds United are also enthusiastic about players. They have been promoted to the Premier League and are about to mark on top flights. They need quality players to do well in the first division of English football. The 21-year-old midfielder has experience in top flight football and has technical attributes that will work well in the Premier League as well. He certainly helps them improve in the future. He will be a long-term acquisition of Leeds.
