Athletic journalist David Ornstein provided insight into Manchester United’s priorities for the remainder of the summer transfer period.

The Red Devils have already revamped their offense and signed an all-new Front 3 this summer by bringing in Mashconja, Brian Mbeumo and Benjamin Sesco.

But now, according to Ornstein, Man Utd’s focus appears to be his signature mid-part “Number 6.”

Speaking about sports agents in the video below, Ornstein revealed that the club considers new midfielders like Brighton’s Carlos Bereba as “absolutely important” parts of their plans…

“After that, number 6 is absolutely essential in your mind, and at the very top of that list is Carlos Valleva,” Ornstein said.

“Ruben Amorim is said to be a huge fan. Manchester United is taking place through an intermediary who is working on their behalf to see the numbers, prices, and the situation and conversations with Brighton.

“That’s not happening so far at the time of the recording. Brighton made it clear he’s not going to sell him that he likes to keep him for at least a year.

Brighton often sold star players

Brighton certainly doesn’t want to leave top talent like Valeva, but recently he’s supplying cash to several star names.

Moises Caicedo and Marc Cucurella went to Chelsea, Alexis Mac Alistair was snapped to Liverpool and Leandro Trossard moved to Arsenal.

Baleba could be the next, and it’s certainly easy to imagine Cameroon International Being’s success with big names like United.
