Carlos Baleva’s transfer saga has been transformed into a new battlefield between Premier League giants Manchester United and Manchester City.

Brighton signed Baleva two years ago from the reel for 27 million euros. Now they are trying to win cash at a much higher price tag. His amicable absence of Brighton’s Wolfsberg was seen as a strong indication that negotiations were moving forward.
