Manchester United striker Rasmus Hojlund has linked his move away from the club this summer.
The 22-year-old has fallen into the order of pecking order since the arrival of Benjamin šeško, and he must leave the club to play regularly.
He was very mediocre in his performance last season and clearly not enough to lead the line of a club like Manchester United. They want to fight for the trophy, and they also aim to finish in the top four. They needed quality strikers and signed šeško from RB Leipzig.
The Slovenian will be the club’s first choice striker this season, and it makes sense for Denmark International to leave the club. He has been linked to several clubs recently, and it will be interesting to see where he goes. Returning to his comfort zone in Italy might be ideal for him. Several Italian clubs are monitoring his situation.
Reuben Amorim hopes Rasmus Hozilund will leave
Meanwhile, former Premier League coach Mick Brown revealed that Ruben Amorim told his players to move this summer. The Portuguese manager does not consider him a critical part of his plan and does not want Højlund to stay at Manchester United beyond this summer.
Brown told a soccer insider:
“We are trying to force him into movements that he doesn’t particularly want to make.
“I don’t think he’ll leave because I made it clear that he’ll leave if it was up to him and that he wants to fight for his place and for such things.”
Can I get the Hojlund Seal Man United exit?
It will be interesting to see if players can ensure they move away from the club. Hojlund needs to get his career back on track in regular football, and leaving Manchester United would be ideal for him. There is no doubt that he will remain a talented player with a bright future. At the right club, he may be able to regain his shape and confidence. He is only 22 years old and has plenty of time to fulfill his potential.
Manchester United paid him a fair amount and it will be interesting to see if they can get back some of this summer.
