Ben Jacobs also posts interesting insights into the story, with Arsenal taking advantage of the fact that the Palace asked the Spurs to delay the deal.

Arsenal fans will definitely be pleased with this. Because Eze is ready to join the THFC, the move is very close, and the AFC only hits in the final moments to ruin the plans of its rivals.

What role does Eze play at Arsenal?

Eze can play on the left or as a middle offensive midfielder, so it’ll be interesting to see how Mikel Arteta uses him.

Either way, club supporters are sure to be safe with the end of the attack and give the team a replacement for Martin Odegard in the centre and Gabriel Martinelli on the left.

Eze will follow other well-known signatures, including Viktor Gyoker, Martin Zubimendi and Noni Maduke, who will travel to Emirates Stadium this summer.
