  • Newcastle needs to keep Osla
  • Will Newcastle allow William Osla to move on?

Newcastle United striker William Osla has linked his move away from the club during the summer transfer.

The 22-year-old Danish striker is attracting interest, but Newcastle doesn’t want him to leave. They already lack deeply in their offensive units, and there are reports from athletic claims that Eddie Howe will not sanction his departure.

Newcastle needs to keep Osla

Callum Wilson left the club earlier this summer, and Alexander Isak is about to force an exit from the club. Newcastle has not been able to bring in quality strikers so far. It’s no surprise that he’s not keen to move forward as 22 years old.

However, Osula will need to play regularly at this stage of his career to continue his development. He was recently given the opportunity against Liverpool and managed to get on the scoresheet. He was young enough to improve further and was able to grow into a key player on the right team. It would be interesting to see if he is willing to stay in Newcastle, despite him not a regular starter for them.

The player needs to focus on his development and leaving the club is ideal for him. They cannot provide him with the opportunity he needs.

It remains to be seen whether Newcastle can bring the necessary additions before the windows close. Children aged 22 can ensure travel from the club. Newcastle has been trying to sign multiple strikers in recent weeks, but has failed several efforts to get the deal done.
