Liverpool has constituted an agreement worth up to £125 million for the latest Marquee to sign Alexander Isaac, according to Indykaila News.

The Swedish striker joined the Reds of Newcastle United on the day of his transfer deadline, and is widely reported as the largest Premier League signature to date.

The Reds will pay a first £85 million guaranteed fee, ensuring that player transfers are quickly ranked as the most expensive in the club’s history.

In addition to this, an additional £40 million is included as add-ons. Importantly, sources emphasize that these clauses are described as “very achievable” rather than overstated incentives. This means Liverpool will soon end up paying for the full package.

The defending Premier League champions have been chasing the strikers for a while this summer. Even Isaac was desperate to complete his move to Anfield, taking a strike at St James Park and forced Arne Slot to move to the team.

Clubs like Chelsea and Manchester United have dominated headlines in recent years with blockbuster spending, but Liverpool’s approach is usually more measured and often balances the arrival of large sums with carefully negotiated contracts and performance-based clauses.

The “highly achievable” nature of the add-on suggests that, in both the Premier and Champions League, the necessary milestones are reaching out, such as appearance, goals, and team achievements, given the talent of the player and the competitive nature of Liverpool.

This latest transfer shows that the club is ready to make bold moves when players believe they will fit perfectly into Arne Slot’s vision.

The Merseyside Club spent a lot of money this summer, paying large sums to bring Florian Wiltz and Hugo Ekitique to the club.

This is a statement of intent that sent shockwaves around the league, favouring the slot side to win the Premier League title.
