Arsenal may soon be receiving good news about both William Saliba and Bukayo Saka, as reported first in the daily briefing.

Saliba and Saka are both in discussions over a new contract, and one reliable source said today that both players will be “staying 100%.”

Real Madrid is interested in Saliba, as expected, but France International has not yet received any approach from the Spanish giants.

Arsenal appears to be holding a safe hand alongside new sports director Andrea Berta.

In addition to that, he recently secured new deals for Gabriel Magalges and Ethan Nuwaneri.

Arsenal needs to keep Saliba and Saka

After so many advances in the last few years, it would be a big blow for Arsenal to lose two such important players.

Mikel Arteta has done a great job of making the Gunners competitive again, but it’s hard to know how far this team can go realistically if they’re probably losing the best offensive player at their best centre-back.

Saka is homemade, so many will be a little more optimistic about his loyalty to Arsenal, but the Real Madrid link surrounding Saliba will surely be a concern.

Still, the 24-year-old appears happy at Emirates Stadium, and it is certain that Berta and Arteta will be able to successfully sell this ambitious project to him.

Again, we all know about the Pull in Real Madrid.

The Los Blancos have undoubtedly been the world’s largest soccer organ, so if they come to Saliba it’s hard to imagine him not at least hearing what they have to say.
