According to Football Insider, West Ham United’s board of directors has decided not to loot manager Graham Potter at least yet.

Despite growing uncertainty among fans at the opening of the chaotic season, sources say the club’s hierarchy is still too early to make a dramatic change.

Potter’s West Ham United started the season in a disastrous way. Nothing seems to work for the club under Potter.

Big losses such as 5-1 for Chelsea and 3-0 for Tottenham amplified fan frustration and raised serious questions to defensive frailty.

Potter retains the support of the board, particularly David Sullivan and Karen Brady, but interest in replacing him has escalated. Names such as Nuno Espirito Santo, Jose Mourinho, and Kieran McKenna were born on speculation.

In particular, McKenna was reportedly found in the boardroom during a Tottenham match.

Former West Ham Scout Mick Brown is a vocalist and warns Potter that he is running out of time.

Brown criticizes West Ham’s performance, particularly important aspects of defensive organization and consistency. He emphasizes that when you are losing your game with convincingness, people start to lose faith.

Potter needs to quickly address some areas, tighten defensive discipline, reinforce clubs’ exposed set pieces performance, and perhaps simplify tactics to get results.

Hammers Hierarchy has decided that he will only fire the manager this season unless absolutely necessary.

They show faith in former Brighton and Chelsea bosses, and feel he is the right guy to turn things around at the club.

Hammer hosts Crystal Palace in his next match, then travels to a rejuvenated Everton.
