Liverpool signed Hungarian defender Milos Kerkez from Bournemouth during the summer transfer.
The 21-year-old is still struggling with his new club and his performance was pretty mediocre. The defender has faced criticism of his performance so far, and club captain Virgil van Dick is now clear to his situation.
Kerquez is currently on the sidelines with injuries.

The Netherlands International explained that adapting to the strength of playing for Liverpool is not easy. Kerquez is still a young player. However, Dutch International is sure the Hungarians will continue to do well in the future, and he could become an important player for Liverpool in the future.
Van Deek said, “Milos learns how we play, the strength to play for Liverpool, and how we learn to handle it on the pitch. That’s not easy, but he’s definitely fine.”
Kerkes is an incredible talent
The 21-year-old is an incredible talent, and he showed it in the Premier League. He needs a while to adapt, but there is no doubt that he has quality that thrives at the highest level. Liverpool signed him as a long-term alternative to Andrew Robertson. The Scottish International is regressing in recent seasons and they need to replace him. It will be interesting to see if Kerquez can overcome an inconsistent start to the season and establish himself as a player on the team this season.
For now, he has to compete with Robertson for the starting spot. The defender is clearly talented to play for the world’s biggest club, but he needs to work on his temperament and decision-making.
The player is young enough to improve even further, and he has plenty of time to fulfill his potential. He is a long-term investment in Liverpool and they will be patient with him.
