“No Way…” – Thierry Henry makes a scathing analysis of the moments of poor Victor Gyoker for Arsenal

Arsenal legend Thierry Henry probably won the right to a fairly high standard, and showed it in Victor Gyoker’s analysis last night.

Speaking as a CBS Sports expert, Henry singled out one poor moment for Gyoker in his 2-0 victory over Arsenal’s Athletic Bilbao in the Champions League crash yesterday evening.

Thanks to two slow goals from Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Torosad’s replacement, the gunners won, but there was a great opportunity wasted by Gyoker early in the game.

Henry had the distrust that Gyoker had produced two really bad touches on what seemed like a great opportunity for a break, so take a look below…

Henry said the defender could have managed to catch Gyoker from that position, but his poor touch should have disappointed him.

Swedish International started well after joining Arsenal, but this probably marked one limitation of his game.

Is Thierry Henry a bit strict with Victor’s Gyoker?

To be fair to Gyoker, he is not Thierry Henry. Perhaps this was a slightly harsh decision from someone who was one of the greatest strikers of all time.

At his peak, the Frenchman combined pace, strength, technique and clinical finish to make him the perfect all-around forward.

Looking at the clip above, it’s certainly easy to see why Henry would clearly run this at the goal and perhaps a big chance to continue scoring.

But for most players, it’s probably not that simple and Gyoker is a clinical finisher, but he’s probably not the fastest.

Not everyone has a bit of everything, like Henry did!
