Birmingham City goalkeeper Alfie Smith has linked his move from the club, with multiple top clubs keen on him.

Reports from Daily Mail, Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool show that he is monitoring his progress and can make the move for a 14-year-old in the future.

Smith is a player in demand

He is a young player with a bright future, and Premier League clubs will do well to secure his signature. All three clubs have a proven track record in developing young players and could help meet his incredible potential. Meanwhile, they will face competition with clubs like Chelsea and Manchester City.

Meanwhile, Birmingham wants to tie him into a new deal. They wouldn’t want to lose a talented young goalkeeper like him. He was able to develop into a high quality first team player for them. Also, if they can help him develop further, they will be able to win a high price for him in the future.

Where is Alfie Smith?

It remains to be seen whether the Premier League club has decided to make Smith’s move in the coming months. The opportunity to participate in some of the largest clubs in the country is extremely exciting for young people. But for now he needs to focus on his development. Joining a big club may not be ideal for him at this stage of his career. Smith needs regular opportunities to continue his development.

If he decides to join a Premier League club in the coming months, he should seek guarantees regarding his game time and demand a clear path for his development.

It would be interesting to see where he ends. He was able to develop into a quality Premier League player in the future with proper guidance.
