West Ham United is one of the clubs considering a free transfer dive for former Tottenham, Real Madrid and Manchester United left-back Sergio Regiron.

Hammer is joined by Everton, Sevilla and Real Sociedaddo, and he sees Regilon, who hasn’t had a club since leaving the Spurs at the end of his summer contract.

The 28-year-old struggled to find his best shape during his time at Tottenham, and ended up going on loan several times, including Atletico Madrid and Brentford.

Now he’s a free agent, and it seems like it’s only a matter of time before someone snaps up Regiron, and according to Fichejes, West Ham seems like something to watch.

Even if this isn’t a signature that has too many Pulse Races for West Ham Fans, it could still prove to be solid business.

Graham Potter’s side has endured the difficult start of the season and benefited from strengthening with experienced players like Regiron.

The Spaniard may not have been at his best in the past few years, but he always shows a glimpse of true quality throughout his career.

West Ham can’t afford to do anything too loud right now, so it seems like a decent idea to at least take Reguilon and add more team depth.

Still, it remains to be seen how Potter’s future will decide to move into the transfer market while the manager remains in the air.

There is growing speculation that Nuno Espirito Santo could replace Potter as West Ham Manager, which could affect the club’s transfer plans.
