Everton was encouraging for the new season, but this has made it even more impressive, taking into account the absence of Jarrad Branthwaite. England International has not played due to a hamstring injury. David Moyes’ side is dealing well without him, but they are eager to have him return home.

Branthwaite has been key to Everton in recent years, and his performance has attracted great interest from the Premier League elite, with Man United, Chelsea and Tottenham eager to sign him. However, once the transfer window reopens, you almost certainly won’t be given the opportunity to complete the transaction.

According to a soccer insider, Pete O’Rourke has revealed that Everton has no plans to hear Brantewaite’s offer during the January transfer period.

“It’s even surprising that Everton considers sending Brantewight out right now. Speculation has surrounded his future during the last few years and summer transfers.

“I’m not surprised by the interest from those who were connected to him in Man United, Chelsea, Tottenham and even Liverpool. One of the best businesses Everton did in the summer was to bring Brantewaite to a new contract until 2030.

“Everton’s attitude is that Brantwaite is not on sale and wants to keep him, he’s part of a new project and doesn’t want to weaken the team. Now, I don’t think Everton is planning a life with Brantwaite and hasn’t considered a defender’s offer in January.”

It is no surprise that Everton considers brandweights unsold, given their importance on Moet’s part. Toffee hopes he will remain at the club for years to come.
