2025 Procore Championship Though not always on the radar of golf fans, the first event of the fall season in 2025 will feature a more robust field than usual thanks to the presence of 10 of the 12 members of the US Ryder Cup team.
Everyone except Bryson Dedanbo (not a member of the PGA Tour) and Xander Schaufele (at home with his newborn son) will tee it this week in Napa, California, and get a competitive rep before the Ryder Cup to avoid a late start at Bethpage Black.
That means Scotty Schaeffler, JJ Spawn, Russell Henry, Harris English, Justin Thomas, Colin Morakawa, Ben Griffin, Sam Burns and Patrick Cantray all work alongside Max Homa, Akshay Battia, Maverick Mackiely and others.
In a stronger than usual field, there is far more interest in this year’s Procol Championship, with East Coast fans being treated to Primetime Golf, featuring some of the best players in the world. Also for those trying to catch up with their European teams 2025 BMW PGA Championship On this week’s DP World Tour, watching it in the morning will be a marathon and in the evening you will be able to see the PGA Tour go west.
