  • Brentford is not ready to lose Yarmolyuk
  • Both teams can use Yehor Yarmolyuk

Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United are interested in Brentford midfielder Yehor Yarmolyuk during their January transfer period.

The 21-year-old is on track in the Premier League and he has proven to be a great addition to the two clubs. Both teams will need more depth in the middle of the park, and the 21-year-old will be a long-term acquisition.

Brentford is not ready to lose Yarmolyuk

According to TeamTalk, Brentford doesn’t want to sell players in January, so it’s still unclear how things will develop. The report further claims that players can sell for an offer of around £30 million. The Spurs and Manchester United certainly have the financial muscles to pay such money to the Ukrainians.

He has the physicality and technical attributes to compete at the highest level, and he could become an asset to both teams. However, Brentford already sells multiple key players in the summer and doesn’t want to weaken his team even further. No matter what you move, you may have to wait until the summer transfer period. Brentford will struggle to replace Yarmolyuk during the January transfer period.

Meanwhile, Tottenham and Manchester United are seeking Champions League qualification this season, and they need as much quality as they can get. It’s a wise decision to improve the team in January. They need more physicality and control in the middle. The 21-year-old Ukrainians will help them improve. He was able to prove to them a different maker later in the season.

Convincing them to join the midfielders may not be that difficult for them. He is excited to join two clubs. They are one of the largest in the country and have exciting projects. It will be interesting to see how the situation unfolds. Yarmolyuk has worked with Thomas Frank in the past, but could be eager to meet again.
