Tottenham Hotspur manager Thomas Frank has made it clear that he will be welcoming Harry Kane at the club.

The 32-year-old is linked to his return to the Premier League, with a 60 million euro clause on his contract that will allow him to leave the German champion in 2026.

Frank said (H/T Fabrizio Romano): “I think there are a lot of Tottenham fans, including myself, who want to get Kane back. If Harry wants to join us, he’s welcome.”

Harry Kane was able to change Tottenham

Kane is a world-class striker who proved himself in Germany in recent seasons. He has 13 goals for his name in just seven appearances this season. Before that, Kane had scored 85 goals in his first two seasons as the German champion. He also has an exceptional record in the Premier League against Tottenham.

Bringing him back to the club would be a big statement of intention for Tottenham. They aim to build a team that can regularly win trophies, and ideally have a world-class player like him. He is 32 years old, but he was able to make a decisive impact at the North London Club. He knows the Premier League well and can quickly settle down and make an immediate impact. It is still unknown how the situation will develop.

Bayern Munich doesn’t want to lose a player like him, but the terms of his contract could render them helpless to stop him from leaving. It would be interesting to see what players decide. He wants to win major trophies at this stage of his career, and staying in Germany might be ideal for him.
