Manchester United were beaten by Brentford in today’s Premier League, and Reuben Amorim is under great pressure.

They are very sorry under the Portuguese manager and it will be interesting to see if the club’s hierarchy has decided to show him the door immediately. Manchester United are 14th in the league table, winning two in six games.

Former Premier League star Joe Cole revealed that it was the perfect acquisition for Manchester United, even before Gareth Southgate appointed Amorim. It will be interesting to see if you have decided to change your manager in the coming weeks.

Joe Cole of Gareth Southgate

Cole told TNT Sports (H/T Metro): “No, I don’t think so. He had enough time to implement what he wanted. It’s not just a matter of Reuben Amorim. There’s a big problem around the club.

“The fact that he hasn’t won consecutive league matches is a big concern. They need a different direction in my opinion. I don’t like to say that, but he (Reuben Amorim) was also a bright spark and people were talking about him like he was.

The 55-year-old demonstrates his quality as an English boss and was able to prove that he was an interesting acquisition. The opportunity to manage one of the nation’s largest clubs is appealing to Southgate, who currently has no work. The 55-year-old can do a good job of stabilizing the ship, and the new approach may be ideal for Manchester United.

It is clear that Amorim’s tactics simply aren’t working, and he couldn’t make the most of his players. The change approach is ideal for all stakeholders.

Amorim’s dismissal would be an expensive decision for Manchester United. Manchester United have been struggling since the start of the season, and fans hope there will be a change soon.

The Portuguese manager was reluctant to change his approach despite his poor performance. His stiffness could mean he would sacrifice his job.
