There were some positives to take away from the narrow victory the Glasgow Rangers picked up on their trip to the Scottish Premiership last weekend.

Ant-Man’s assist on Tavernier’s goal on Sunday was just the second goal contribution the Rangers winger has provided in six league games so far in the 2025/26 campaign.

As you can see in the table above, Findray Curtis, who faced St Mirren, is the only other player who has provided goals or assists from the wide positions of GERS this season.
Simply put, Martin’s wide players aren’t doing enough in the final third of the premiership, and if GERS wants to get more wins to get the campaign back on track, they’ll need to change.
