Liverpool’s new striker Hugo Ekitike plays with Mohamed Salah and talks about how great it is to learn from Reds Superstar.

Ekitike joined Liverpool this summer from Eintracht Frankfurt and began to brighten up at Anfield.

Sarah has been one of the very amazing forwards in World Football for years and Ekitique seems to feel he’s a really cool guy to train and play together.

Talking to BBC Sports, Ekitique picks Sarah as the person she’s with in Liverpool and admits she’s surprised at how “cool” Egyptian International is.

“Really good. Mo is a really cool guy. He’s really open with me and really good to talk,” Ekitike said.

“He’s great to play with. I watched him on TV when he was earning goals and things, and he’s a really great athlete. You can improve yourself and learn from him.

“It’s good to share the pitch with him. I hope it scores a lot of goals and brings some wins to the team.”

He added:

“He’s really open, like everyone here. They’re really open and I want my team to adapt.”

Liverpool fans are undoubtedly happy to see Ekitique settling down and tied up big names like Sarah.

Ekitike will only benefit from having a role model like Sarah to learn from the next few years.
