This year, there are only five PGA tour events left, starting with Baycurrent Classic in 2025. They tee off from Japan’s Yokohama Country Club on Thursday, with many of the best players on the tour being attended by players from the Japan Golf Tour. Unlike many other FedEx Cup fall events, BayCurrent Classic 2025 Field is stacked with famous people such as Zander Shaufele, Morakawa, Wyndham Clark and Matsuyama Hideki.

Schauffele is the top of the +1000 2025 BayCurrent Classic Odds board. Morikawa (+1600) and Matsuyama (+1800) are both past winners of the tournament, with Clark still taking a long shot of +3500 golf, just like Max Homa. Nico Echavarria, who won the event last year, is a long shot of a massive PGA and is now in +8,000 to take advantage of it at BayCurrent Classic Bet. Before you lock into the 2025 BayCurrent Classic Pick, be sure to check out golf predictions and projected leaderboards from the Sportsline’s proven computer models.

The Sportsline’s proprietary model, built by DFS Pro Mike McClure, has been red hot since the PGA Tour resumed in June 2020. In fact, the model has surpassed $8,000 on its highest bet since its post-tournament reopening.

This same model nailed a whopping 16 majors over the weekend, including the 2025 Master (the fourth Master) and this year’s PGA Championship and Open Championship. Anyone who followed the sports bet pick has seen massive returns Bet Site.

2025 BayCurrent Classic Predictions

One of the big surprises the model is looking for in the 2025 BayCurrent Classic is one of his favourites, Kurt kitayama (+2000), who stumbled this week and barely breaking through the top 10. Kitayama is excellent with powerful iron play in both long and short games. He ranks 123rd in driving accuracy and 141st in stroke: Putting. What he does during those strokes can only do so much if he struggles with both the driver and the putter.

Without a doubt, the closest course comp to Yokohama Country Club is 2nd place in Pinehurst in North Carolina. Both courses were converted by Bill Coor and Ben Crenshaw, with similar bunkers, and Kitayama struggled with his only start at Pinehurst. That course hosted the 2024 US Open, with Kitayama missing a cut in his two rounds and shooting seven overpals. His lack of accuracy from the tee is magnified on such a course. This is a big reason why models see better options in PGA bets. You can see who else fades here and then use Fanduel to instantly get $300 in bonus bets.

Another amazing BayCurrent classic pick from the model: Min Woo Lee (+3000) has a strong run in the title. He had the top 25 open at Pinehurst and recorded some strong recent results on the DP World Tour. Lee finished fifth in the September event in Europe, following a 11th place finish, and won his first PGA Tour at the Texas Children’s Houston Open earlier this year. Lee is the target of anyone looking for a huge payday on BayCurrent Classic.

The 7,315-yard Yokohama Country Club is mid-pack in terms of the length of the 2025 PGA Tour course. So someone like Lee, ranked 15th on the tour by driving distance, should be able to take advantage of his length from the tee and put himself into a lucrative second shot. The Australians are 13th in stroke, so few players are good in short games. Adding that he ranks in the top quartile of golfers in both overall putting average and putts per round, he is someone who can run through the Japanese leaderboards. See who else you choose here.

How to make a 2025 BayCurrent Classic Pick

The model targets another golfer with odds of 30-1 or higher for a strong run in the title. Anyone who supports this long shot can hit it big. Here you can only see the model picks.
