RB Leipzig defender Castello Lukeva has been linked with a move from the German club in recent weeks.

According to Fichajes, Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool are interested in the 22-year-old defender. It will be interesting to see if they offer to sign him.

Liverpool could use Castello Lucaba

The 22-year-old is a talented and promising young defender who, with the right guidance, could develop into a top-class player. Liverpool could use a player like him, especially with Ibrahima Konate’s future uncertain.

His contract expires at the end of this season, but he has yet to sign an extension with the Premier League champions. Liverpool will need someone to replace him and signing Lukaba could be a wise move.

Meanwhile, Chelsea are interested in Lukaba. They have had multiple injury problems at the back this season and need more depth in that area of the pitch. The 22-year-old will be a long-term signing for them and he has the qualities to improve them right away. The opportunity to join one of England’s biggest clubs will be an exciting one for the Bundesliga defender. It remains to be seen whether Chelsea will be able to conclude a deal.

Finally, Manchester United are also monitoring his situation closely. They need to find a quality long-term replacement for Harry Maguire and the French defender would be ideal. It remains to be seen whether the German side is ready to allow him to step down. Signing him for 60 million euros could be a solid investment. At 22 years old, he is a promising young talent who could justify an investment in the near future.
