Maguire, whose current contract with Man United expires at the end of the summer, has been involved in contract negotiations at Old Trafford.
There is a lot of interest in Maguire, particularly from Saudi Arabia, who are willing to offer him a financially lucrative deal.
However, Maguire appears ready to reject these offers in favor of a new contract.
Interestingly, if he signs a new contract extension, it would mean the player has agreed to a significant pay cut.

“Harry Maguire is also an interesting case, as there have been talks in recent days with Maguire’s agent who was in Carrington to meet Manchester United. “Harry would be happy to remain at the club and we would also be happy to retain a player who has performed very well on the pitch and in terms of leadership in the dressing room.
“There have been positive exchanges between Maguire and United, but in order for this contract to be extended, other terms need to be discussed. “Therefore, if United and Maguire were to reach an agreement on a new contract, it would be Harry The financial position of Maguire’s contract will therefore be crucial in understanding whether he intends to remain at the club or whether he decides to part ways and try something else.
