HAINAN, South Korea — After shooting a 3-under 69 on Saturday, Kim Sei-young made an eagle on the 17th hole to extend her lead to four strokes heading into the final round of the BMW Ladies Championship.

On a stormy and cloudy day at Pine Beach Golf Links on the Korean Peninsula, Kim suffered a bogey on the 18th hole, but finished the three rounds with a total of 19 under par and 197.

Yerimi Noh (67 years old) and NASA (69 years old) tied for second place.

Brooke Matthews of the United States, who had a one-stroke lead over Kim after the second round, made a triple bogey on the par-3 15th hole, leaving her six strokes behind Kim and dropping to a tie for fourth place with a 74.

Defending champion Hannah Green shot a 68 to finish at 11 under, eight strokes behind Kim, and tied with fellow Australian Minjee Lee, who shot a 71 on Saturday. Brooke Henderson also shot a 71, nine strokes off the lead.

This is the first of back-to-back LPGA tournaments in South Korea, with an International Crown Team event scheduled for next week. After the International Crown, the five-tournament Asian Swing will feature two more LPGA events in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Japan.
