The 28-year-old has been an important player for the club since joining in 2020. GMS reports that the player has reached an agreement with the West Midlands club on terms to remain at the club until 2029.

Aston Villa have assembled an ambitious squad and are aiming to compete in Europe on a regular basis. In addition to signing high-quality players, we need to secure the best players. Cash is certainly a very useful player for them and keeping him at the club long term could be a wise decision.

Fans will be pleased that the defender has chosen to commit his long-term future to the club. He is at the peak of his career and if the Polish international wanted to leave, there would have been plenty of options.

Aston Villa have an exciting project underway and are performing at a high level under manager Unai Emery. Cash will be hoping to fight for trophies with them. The 28-year-old was outstanding in the recent game against Tottenham, further underscoring how important he is to the West Midlands club’s plans.

His current contract was due to expire at the end of next season, but Aston Villa were determined to secure an agreement with him and renew his contract.

Meanwhile, a GMS report claims that Aston Villa will also look to secure Morgan Rodgers’ long-term future. He is a special asset to the club and one of the best young players in the Premier League at the moment.

Keeping him at the club will be an absolute priority for Aston Villa.
