Aston Villa midfielder Lamarre Bogarde has revealed his future lies with the West Midlands club despite rumors of him leaving the club.

The 21-year-old was linked with a move from Aston Villa during the summer transfer window, but manager Unai Emery was determined to keep him at the club. The Spanish manager has fought for his future at the English club and is ready to continue with the team.

The midfielder has revealed his plans to play regularly in Europe after a successful spell at Aston Villa. He has no reason to leave the club and does not see a future away from an English club.

“I think my future is definitely at Villa, if the manager wants you,” he told Algemen Dagblad.

“There’s no reason to leave. What are my goals? I want to play as much as possible. Also because I think we can go quite far there with the Dutch Under-21 team, the Premier League and the Europa League.”
