Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has insisted that Max Domann has a long-term future at the club and that the player and his family are happy with his progress so far.

Dauman is regarded as one of the best young attacking players in the Premier League and has been linked with a possible departure in recent months.

However, Arsenal have no intention of letting him leave anytime soon. He has all the tools to develop important players for the club with the right guidance. He hasn’t had enough chances so far, but he is still very young and will adapt to the Premier League eventually.

Dauman has a bright future ahead of him and the player has made it clear that he is improving every day. The Arsenal manager also added that Dauman had excelled in training with the Gunners.

Speaking at his pre-match press conference ahead of the game against Brighton, Arteta said: “We look at his passport every day. We look at him in training and we have to play with him. If we don’t, we’re blind. He’s done really well. That’s what we want (Doman’s long-term future at the club) and what he wants too. What I feel is that he loves it here. He’s a big Arsenal supporter and his family are happy.”

It will be interesting to see if he can persuade his manager to give him more chances in the coming months. Arsenal could certainly use more cutting-edge technology in the final third, and Dauman has shown he can add pace, flair and unpredictability going forward.

Arsenal fans will be pleased to hear that the club are keen to keep one of their best young talents at the club for as long as possible. They will be hoping that he can fulfill his potential with the people of London.
