The 20-year-old striker has rediscovered his confidence and goal-scoring ability since joining Palmeiras after a disappointing year in Spain, and it seems like it’s only a matter of time before Europe comes calling again.
According to a report in Sports Illustrated (via SPORT), Man United are closely monitoring Loke’s progress and are ready to launch a €50 million bid to bring him back to Europe.

The Red Devils have been tracking the striker for several months, with scouts reportedly impressed by his explosive speed, clinical finishing and ability to lead the line.
Roque’s decision to return to Brazil was a game-changer. Having had limited minutes at Barcelona under manager Xavi Hernández, the young forward has blossomed at Palmeiras, scoring regularly and being praised for his work rate and maturity.
Brazilian media outlet Globo Esporte described him as a “reborn player”, highlighting how consistent game time and a familiar environment helped him regain his confidence.
Barcelona could benefit from Roque’s move to United
Barcelona would also benefit financially if Manchester United were to make a deal. The Catalan giants still own 20% of Roque’s future rights, meaning he could earn €10m on a €50m transfer.
But United’s interest cannot be ignored. According to reports in Spain, Tottenham and Atletico Madrid are also monitoring the location, with Premier League teams in particular appearing to be attracted to his physicality and goal threat.
Still, sources close to United suggest Old Trafford could be his preferred destination, given the club’s reputation for nurturing young South American talent.
