Manchester United are interested in signing Hertha BSC prodigy Kennett Eichhorn.
Sky Germany reports that several clubs are interested in the 16-year-old, with Manchester United keen to sign the talented young defensive midfielder. However, his contract with the German club runs until 2029 and they are under no pressure to let him leave.
Arsenal is also monitoring Eichhorn’s movements.
Manchester United find out Kennett Eichhorn’s asking price
Manchester United must pay the asking price to finalize the deal. Apparently, the player’s contract includes a release clause worth around 10-12 million euros. This is a small amount for a player of his potential and Manchester United certainly have the resources to make a deal happen.
They want to build a strong team for the future and Eichhorn could be a great investment for them. This young defensive midfielder has the technical characteristics to succeed at the highest level and the opportunity to play in the Premier League would be very exciting for him. Although he is unlikely to break into the starting XI right away, he could be an important addition to Manchester United’s youth teams.
The Red Devils could help him develop in the coming seasons and eventually establish himself as a starter.
Eichhorn is a player in demand.
Several clubs have expressed interest in the player, including Real Madrid, Barcelona and PSG. It remains to be seen where he will end up. The young midfielder will need to choose his next destination carefully. He should aim to join a club that offers him a clear path to the first team.
The Germany Under-17 international is a great talent with a bright future ahead of him, and if Manchester United can win the race to sign him, he could become a long-term asset.
