Thomas Frank’s Tottenham have entered the race to sign FC Midtjylland’s attacking sensation Franklino Dju.

Tottenham got off to a great start under manager Thomas Frank, but things have not been so great in recent months. They were inconsistent in the final third, costing us big time.

Franklino is a player to watch right now. Aston Villa and Newcastle have also been linked with him.

The north London club are looking to strengthen their attacking line-up and are in the race to sign FC Midtjylland’s Franklino Djou, according to Corriere dello Sport via SportWitness.

The 21-year-old striker has been sensational this season. He played in 28 games and scored 22 points (19 goals, 3 assists).

His bright red appearance attracts attention. AS Roma are one of the clubs that have been monitoring him for the past six months. The Italian giants are keen to sign him but will face competition from Tottenham.

The north London club are in the race to sign him in a bid to end their attacking woes. Dominic Solanke’s injury struggles are one of the main reasons why Spurs are keen to strengthen their attacking line.

Signing a striker has become a top priority for Spurs as Randall Kolo Muani has not been as effective as expected. However, the Danish club has no intention of letting him leave easily. Last summer, they valued him at 20 million euros, but that price has now risen to 30 million euros.

A €10m price increase has set Roma back, but Spurs are firmly in the race for his signature. It will be interesting to see if they make an offer as a result.
