Leeds United have had disappointing results so far in the Premier League and are heavily focused on the race for survival.
Understandably, Daniel Fake is under a lot of pressure. There are rumors that Leeds could consider parting ways with him in the coming weeks. It will be interesting to see if he can keep his job and lead Leeds to a respectable position in the table.
Can Leeds turn things around?
There is no doubt that they have quality players at their disposal, but they have not been able to consistently perform at a high level. Perhaps a change in management could unleash their full potential.
Former manager Marcelo Bielsa is rumored to be on the move.
His future with the Uruguayan national team has been the subject of speculation. However, it looks like Uruguay will stick with Bielsa for now. The coach recently held a long meeting with national team executives and decided to continue as coach.
Uruguayan journalist Rodrigo Romano shares the latest information about X: “AUF president Ignacio Alonso has confirmed that Marcelo Bielsa will continue in his post and lead Uruguay at the World Cup.
“After four hours of talks with the leaders and coaches, both parties agreed to continue the process of ‘Bielsa Uruguay 2026’ and everything remained the same.”
Marcelo Bielsa hits Leeds with a blow
This development will come as a blow to Leeds United. They wanted to bring him back to the club. He is a fan favorite at Elland Road. His adventurous approach could have been exciting for Leeds in the second half of the season.
It will be interesting to see if Leeds decide to look at other managers now. If your results don’t improve quickly, you need to make changes right away.
